Give callers the prices you have approved
Your receptionist uses the service prices and price policy you provide. When someone calls between appointments or after closing, it can explain those details and offer a consult or callback.
- Your listPublished answers come from the prices your spa supplies.
- Your policyExplain which questions need a consultation before a quote.

An approved price list gives your receptionist a clear basis for answering routine cost questions. Include the services you offer and the wording your team uses when a price requires a consultation. We use that information when answering as your business.
A fictional patient, Morgan, might ask about the price of a Botox consultation. Your receptionist can share the consultation price from your list, then offer to book. If Morgan asks for a personal treatment total that your list does not provide, it takes the question for your team. The call stays focused on information you have supplied.
From a price question to a consult or message
The call starts with virtual assistant and recording notices, then your receptionist asks which service the caller means. It answers from your list and records the next step for your team.

Your receptionist asks enough to identify the service behind the price question. In a fictional call, patient Riley asks what a consultation costs and whether one can be booked. The assistant uses your supplied consultation price and can book into Google Calendar, or collect Riley's details for a callback.
After the call, you receive an email and app push notification with the summary, urgency tag, transcript and recording. Your team can review the wording and follow up on anything left open. Hear the sequence in the price question demo, using the fictional spa's information.

Set your price list and callback instructions
You supply the service list, price policy and instructions for questions your team should answer. The onboarding chat and your website give your receptionist its starting information; settings can be changed in plain words.
- 1Service scopeDescribe the treatments you offer and those you exclude.
- 2Quote boundariesState when your team must discuss a price directly.
- 3Plain updatesTell the AI when your prices or policies change.

Start with the price information you want spoken on a call. Explain which listed prices the receptionist can share and which questions should become a message or consultation request. Provide your hours and the person who receives urgent calls as part of onboarding.
Before forwarding real calls, make a test call that asks for a listed price and another that goes beyond the list. Review the transcript to check the answers against your policy. When your spa changes its prices, update the receptionist's settings in plain words. Our setup walkthrough explains forwarding and the test call.
Keep price answers separate from clinical decisions
Your receptionist handles front desk questions without recommending treatment or predicting results. Unlisted prices go to your team, while post-treatment reactions and other clinical concerns go straight to your on-call clinician.
- No estimatesMissing prices become questions for your team to answer.
- No outcomesPrice conversations do not include promises about treatment results.
- Clinical routingReaction calls reach the clinician rather than a booking queue.

A price conversation does not establish whether a treatment is suitable for someone. Your receptionist does not diagnose, give medical advice or make triage decisions. It can offer a consultation so your clinician can discuss individual questions.
If the caller reports a post-treatment reaction, vision change or trouble breathing, the clinician is contacted immediately; emergencies are directed to 911. Crisis calls are directed to 988. Read our post-treatment call handling for the routing approach.
Our position on use with protected health information is the pending status (no business associate agreement is in place). Until that status is set, do not use the service with protected health information.
Try a listed price and an unanswered question
The browser demo lets you hear a price question using a fictional spa's list. Ask a follow-up beyond that information and listen for a clear handoff to a consultation or message.
- Listed questionAsk about a service price in the fictional spa.

Use the browser conversation to hear how a routine price inquiry develops. The demo business and any example patients are fictional. Ask about the listed consultation price, then ask whether the receptionist can give an individual treatment total. Listen for the difference between sharing supplied information and taking a question for the team.
You can also try a membership or gift card question from the demo scenarios. To test your own instructions, request a free trial by email. We email your sign-in link when the trial is ready; answer the onboarding chat before arranging call forwarding.
Frequently asked questions
Will the receptionist quote our treatment prices?
It can share prices from the list and price policy you give it. If an answer needs an individual quote or information you have not supplied, it takes the question for your team. You decide what price wording belongs in your setup.
Can a price call become a consultation booking?
Yes. Your receptionist can book appointments into Google Calendar after discussing the caller's question. If you prefer your team to arrange the appointment, it collects the details for a callback. Explain that preference during onboarding so the next step matches your front desk process.
What if a price question turns into a side-effect call?
A post-treatment reaction goes straight to your on-call clinician, and emergencies are directed to 911. The receptionist does not advise the caller about symptoms or decide whether a reaction is normal. Set the clinician contact and escalation order before forwarding calls to the service.
Will callers know they are talking to AI?
Yes. The opening says that the receptionist is a virtual assistant and that the call is recorded. Both notices are part of the greeting and cannot be disabled. Try the demo to hear the opening and decide how the conversation fits your spa's voice.
How do we see what was said about a price?
You receive an email and app push notification with the summary, urgency tag, transcript and recording. The dashboard also holds your call records. Review the conversation when a caller needs a callback, or when you want to check that the answer reflects your current price policy.
